An easy oven baked meal of Calamari with an Asian style dressing.

- 400g packet frozen I&J Tasty Calamari Rings
- Lettuce leaves and cucumber slices for serving
- Asian Dressing:
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 spring onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh ginger
Cook frozen I&J Tasty Calamari Rings following packet directions.
Combine dressing ingredients and spoon into serving bowls. Place cooked Calamari on a bed of lettuce and cucumber and serve with the dressing on the side for dipping.
Serve with Birds Eye Golden Crunch Chips.
