In 1910, fisherman George Irvin and Carl Johnson formed I&J to tackle the world's deepest seas in search of the freshest seafood. This legacy lives on over a century later. 

Our seafood is filleted and snap frozen at sea within hours of every catch, maintaining the fresh tasting goodness our customers expect.
