Lemon Crumbed Fish With Salad

Fish fillets with a tangy lemon crumb served with chips and salad.

Ingredients

  • 1kg packet frozen I&J Lemon Crumb Hoki Portions
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup finely shredded red cabbage
  • ¼ cup finely shredded fresh mint
Lemon Vinaigrette:
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons seeded mustard

Method

STEP 1
Cook desired amount of frozen I&J Fish following packet directions.
STEP 2
In a bowl combine carrot, bean sprouts, red cabbage and mint. Toss through combined dressing and serve with cooked fish.
Tips
Serve with Birds Eye Golden Crunch Chips.
