Ingredients
- 3 cups mixed salad leaves
- 550g packet frozen I&J Original Crumb Fish Fillets
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup natural yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons honey
Method
STEP 1Cook frozen I&J Fish Fillets following packet directions.
STEP 2
Arrange salad leaves, onion and cooked fish on serving plates.
STEP 3
Combine yoghurt, mustard and honey, drizzle over fish and serve.
Tips
Serve with cooked Birds Eye Chips on the side.
