Ingredients
- 320g packet frozen I&J Salt & Pepper Fish Tenders
- ½ cup tightly packed fresh herb leaves (parsley, dill, mint)
- 1 long green chilli, de-seeded and roughly chopped
- Finely grated zest and juice of 1 lime, extra for serving
- ½ cup Greek style yoghurt
- Fresh dill leaves and lime wedges, for garnish
Method
STEP 1Cook frozen I&J Fish Tenders following packet directions.
STEP 2
Meanwhile, blend herbs, chilli, lime zest and juice in a small food processor until smooth. Add to yoghurt and stir to combine.
STEP 3
Serve fish tenders with lime and yoghurt dip. Garnish with dill and lime wedges.
Tips
Substitute frozen I&J Salt & Pepper Fish Tenders with frozen I&J Original Fish Tenders, if desired.
